Orders are sent out in the order they arrive to us in. For custom orders, please allow at least one extra day for full completion. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can track the item from our office to your home. We are not affiliated with any 2nd or 3rd party shipping companies. We simply make the items and hand them off to the shipping party for completion.
We understand that mistakes happen! We are not liable for wrong sizes or colors. If MysticBeeDecals made the mistake, we will replace it-on the house.

We don’t refund but would be happy to make the situation right-buyer covers shipping TO & FROM seller and buyer. A 15% fee of your order replacements will be applicable.
We get it- some items seem as if they just won’t stick! We understand the frustration and we’re here to help.
Please ensure: the application area has been clean with SOAP & WATER only. Please do NOT use alcohol to clean the application area-IT WILL PREVENT THE ITEMS FROM STICKING. If you need replacements, Buyer must pay replacement fee of 15% of original purchase + shipping to buyer.
We do NOT sell anything except a ready to apply product. ALL images and files are property of MysticBeeDecals. Usage from any other persons/companies will not be tolerated.
