Return and Refund Policy

Please note: Refunds & exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. Shop owner will contact you regarding the outcome.
Please DO NOT send a package back without contacting us first- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEMS. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
Must be within 2 weeks from purchase date. For over 2 weeks, we will not issue a credit, refund, or grant an exchange.
Buyer must open claim with shop owner within the time stamp provided above.
Item(s) must be re-sellable and in the same condition it arrived as.
Must state reason for return, exchange, or credit with a photo of the item(s).
PROCESS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE- Once the claim has been submitted, it could take up to 3 days for approval. We will send you an email regarding the outcome.
Contact details MUST be filled out, as we will contact you to resolve the issue.
NO returns or refunds for custom items.
Items could be subject to re-stock fee.
